For third-party scores, is it mandatory to create the exact same risk factor name in risk setting page that Resilinc uses when integrating third-party risk scores for a customer?

Yes, it is mandatory to create the exact same risk label name on the Risk Settings page that Resilinc uses when integrating third-party scores.
If the customer does not provide the exact risk factor name, the score for that particular risk factor or third-party score will not be displayed on the portal.
