Apart from CDIF’s custom risk scores, can I add additional custom risk scores for my suppliers, parts, and sites?

• Yes. Customers can add additional custom risk scores beyond the CDIF limits. Resilinc can create these risk factors from the backend and assign scores.
• To add additional scores:

1. Contact Resilinc Customer Support at customersupport@resilinc.com or submit a ticket through the Hub.
2. Provide the following details: 
   • Risk factor name
   • Supplier, part, or site details
   • Score value
3. Once received, the Resilinc Customer Support team will coordinate with the internal team to assign the scores.

Note:

• Customers can configure multiple risk factors on the Risk Settings page; however, a maximum of 100 risk factors can be actively utilized on the portal/UI at a time. This limitation exists because weights can only be assigned to up to 100 factors within the Risk Settings configuration.
