- To add a new risk factor you need to goto risk setting page.
- To open risk setting page navigate from the gear icon that appears at the top right corner, click on risk tab. Here you will see all risk factors that are configured for you.
- If you need to add new risk factor, click on Add new option,
- Update Following details:
Risk Factor Name - Update the name of your risk factor. Eg. Supplier Quality Score.
Source - The source of the scores can be Resilinc provided, Customer provided or Third Party. If its your internal score then the source should be Customer Name, If they are Resilinc provided then the source will be Resilinc and for third party scores the source will be Third Party.
Level - The available options here are Partner, Site, Customer Part and Partner Part. Eg, If you monitor overall quality score at a supplier level you can choose the level as Partner. However, if you are tracking score at individual parts that supplier provides, you can either choose Customer Part or Partner Part as may be applicable.
Type - It defines the type of score that you are adding. Eg, Financial, Location, Quality etc. You can choose the same from dropdown. - Further you need to assign weights to the risk factor (the overall weight should not exceed 100)
- The Default risk score column value by-default will be ignored which Resilinc recommends as well. However, If data is not available for this value for given supplier and if you want to set it some default value, you can set any number between 1 to 10 otherwise it will show blank cell.
- The threshold values are set by default as 3.3(Medium) and 6.7(High). However, if you want to track this separately and make changes you can make the change. The default risk score value can be any number between 1 to 10. As per the thresholds set in the risk setting page the risk scores have colors assigned in the dashboard grids. Low risk scores has green, Medium risk scores has saffron and High risk scores has red color.
- Click on save
