What are the different risk score rollup method present on risk setting page and what do they mean?

  • The risk score rollup uses Maximum or Average score method while calculating score from one level to another (i.e. Site to Partner level, Parts to Site level etc.). If the rollup method is set as Average then average score will flow from one level to another and if the rollup method is set as Maximum  then maximum score will flow from one level to another. User needs to decide and set this method in the risk setting page under “Risk Score Rollup Method” section.
  • Default Average rollup methodology is set for a customer.
  • For Example,

Consider for a particular Supplier there are 3 sites with location scores as below,

JAPAN TOKYO MINATOKU9

 

  • So if the risk score rollup method is set to Average then the Natural Disaster score that will flow to supplier level will be 6 but if its set to Maximum then the Natural Disaster score that will flow to supplier level will be 9.
