  • Yes, this is possible using the new option introduced for CDIF uploads. The Resilinc platform now includes a toggle button called "Cancel upload if errors detected" on the Data Load page.

  • This feature provides customers with greater control over their data upload process by preventing uploads with validation errors. Here's how it works:

If the toggle is enabled, the system will prevent the file from being uploaded if any errors are found. Instead, you will receive an error message and can download a Validation Report to review the details of the errors. You can then correct these errors and attempt the upload again.
    > If the toggle is disabled (default setting), the system will allow you to upload the CDIF file even if errors are detected. However, you will still receive the Validation Report with error details for your reference.

  • Regardless of the state of the toggle, the Validation Report is always available for download. This report contains a detailed list of any errors or issues in the CDIF file. Customers can use the report to resolve the errors offline and re-upload the corrected file.
  • The feature provides greater flexibility by allowing users to choose whether to block uploads with errors and enables faster resolution of issues through access to detailed validation reports.
