If we update or change the portal (organization) name, is there a need for name normalization, and is there any risk of potential data loss?

  • Organization name changes have been successfully carried out for multiple customers without any reports of data loss. The process is designed to be non-destructive and preserves all historical and active data.

  • However, as a precautionary measure, our team coordinates with the internal data team to validate that no unintended impact occurs during or after the name change. If any specific normalization or mapping is required, it will be handled accordingly to ensure data consistency across the system.
