What is a Workflow?

Created by Amit Kadam, Modified on Wed, 27 Aug at 3:31 PM by Amit Kadam

  • Workflows are playbooks that customers can create in advance of supply-chain impacting Events.
  • Workflows consist of tasks which need to be completed to mitigate or resolve a problem or risk facing the customer’s Partners, Events, Parts, Sites, or Projects.
  • These can be proactive or reactive measures taken to remedy problems or risks, including:
    • Setting mitigation targets
    • Receiving approval for incurred costs
    • Tracking mitigation activities in progress and reporting their statuses
    • Timely closing-out of mitigation processes
