- Workflows consist of tasks which need to be completed to mitigate or resolve a problem or risk facing the customer’s Partners, Events, Parts, Sites, or Projects.
- These can be proactive or reactive measures taken to remedy problems or risks, including:
- Setting mitigation targets
- Receiving approval for incurred costs
- Tracking mitigation activities in progress and reporting their statuses
- Timely closing-out of mitigation processes
