How can user access Workflow center?

The Workflow center can be accessed from the left side hamburger menu.

Initially if Workflow license is not assigned then post clicking on workflow option, user will be redirected to a page to request for workflow..

Once license is assigned then user will be able to access actual workflow page as well as workflow analytics dashboard.
