  • Navigation to Preferences & Notifications page:

    • User needs to navigate to Manage Others tab of User Settings from the top right user profile icon.
  • Updating Colleague Preferences:

    • Post clicking on Manage Others, you will be redirected to the next page Modify 'Preferences & Notifications' for Other Users.
  • Individual User Settings:

    • Here, you can check settings for individual users by selecting the user’s name from the Update Settings of Individual User dropdown option.
    • Set the preferences as needed for that user.
    • Click on SAVE to apply the changes.
  • Updating Preferences for Multiple Users:

    • If you want to update the personal preferences for multiple users, select them from the Update Multi-User Settings dropdown option.
    • Set the preferences as needed for the users.
    • Click on SAVE to apply the changes.

  • Viewing Modification History:

    • Individual users will be able to view the name and date of the last modification made to their settings.
    • This indicates who made the changes and when they were made.
  • Access Control:

    • Only users with Company Admin role having access to Event WarRoom can update the personal settings for other users within the organization.
      • If the user has the Company Admin role but doesn’t have the collaborator access to Event WarRoom then the Modify the 'Preferences & Notifications' settings of specific end users Settings  option will be enabled but when the user will click it, then the users in dropdown will not be visible
