If I have enabled the supplier impact notification setting, but the Resilinc threshold didn't trigger a notification to the supplier, will the supplier's emergency contacts still be able to see the event in their supplier portal?

  • No, if the supplier impact notification is not issued to the supplier because the event criteria do not meet certain requirements, such as event type or severity, then the supplier's emergency contacts, as provided by the customer/supplier, won't be able to see the corresponding WarRooms in their supplier portal with respect to that particular customer.
  • The absence of a notification means the event won't be visible to the emergency contacts within the supplier portal for that specific customer.
