Is there any way supplier can communicate with Customer/ Resilinc team to get support in completing the assessment?

Yes, suppliers can interact with Customer/Resilinc team by using

  • the icon ‘Direct Messaging’ on assessment detail page. This function can be used to have a 2-way or 3-way chat. This can be set between:
    • Partner <-> Customer
    • Partner <-> Supplier Success specialist
    • Partner <-> Customer <-> Supplier Success specialist
  • the live chat feature which is available on the supplier portals. This is the way for suppliers to have live chat with Resilinc's support personnel to get the queries answered realtime
  • Alternatively, they can also email the Supplier Success specialist for their assessment or send an email to support@resilinc.com.
