What does the email notification with the subject line "WarRoom Marked Assessing" mean?

Created by Amit Kadam, Modified on Thu, 28 Aug at 11:56 AM by Amit Kadam

  • In the recent product release, a new status, “Assessing,” is introduced alongside “Impacted” and “Not Impacted,” allowing suppliers to notify their response to an event.
  • The “Assessing” status indicates that the supplier is analyzing the impact of an event before providing a final response, either “Impacted” or “Not Impacted.”
  • When a supplier marks an event as "Assessing," customer users are immediately notified via email, informing them that Supplier X has marked the event as "Assessing" and requires X hours to assess the impact. Also, receive notifications via the Collaboration Center, bell icon alerts.
  • Customers will only receive this email notification if the “Receive an alert when a supplier responds as assessing” setting in their personal preferences is turned ON.

  • This notification serves as an acknowledgment to customers that work is in progress.
  • It also promotes supplier participation, engagement, and improves supply chain visibility.
