If an SCV assessment is newly launched and is in Scheduled state, and meanwhile the CDIF is loaded with new parts, will these additional parts be mandatory or optional for the respondent to map?

If an assessment is newly launched and parts are loaded into CDIF, those parts will appear in the Part Site Map tab without the "NEW" tag if they arrive while the assessment is in a scheduled state. This is because, at this point, all parts are considered new to the respondent.
However, if CDIF is reloaded with new parts after the assessment has moved to the "In Progress" state, those additional parts will appear with the "NEW" tag in the Part Site Map tab and mapping is not mandatory for such parts.
