Why does the risk score is not calculated for certain questions in a custom assessment, and what is required for proper risk score computation?

  • In custom assessments, the system will not calculate a risk score for any question that has a weight assigned but does not have point values defined. Both elements are required for the system to compute the risk score accurately using the formula:

Risk Score for a Question = Weight × Point

  • To ensure proper calculation, each custom assessment question must include:
  • A weight value, and
  • Point values for all answer choices
  • If either the weight or point values are missing, the risk score for that question will not be generated.
  • Note – For single-value input questions, there will be only option to add weight, and point 1 will be considered as the default.
