Why is the system not allowing the supplier to submit a response when clicking the Impacted/Not Impacted button from the email?

  • This can happen when a supplier has already provided a 100% response to an event, then the system will not allow them to submit the same response again through the email link.
  • For example, if the supplier has already submitted a “Not Impacted” response and clicks the “Not Impacted” button again from the email, the system will not move to the Submit Response page because the response has already been recorded.
  • However, the system will allow the supplier to update their response only if they change the response, such as:

• From Not Impacted to Impacted, or

• From Impacted to Not Impacted.
