Is the Financial Health Rating (FHR) from Rapid Ratings included by default in Resilinc, or is a separate subscription required?

  • The Financial Health Rating (FHR) provided by Rapid Ratings is not included by default as part of the standard Resilinc package. To view financial risk scores in the Resilinc dashboard, customers must have an active subscription with Rapid Ratings.
  • Resilinc integrates with Rapid Ratings by pulling FHR scores through an API connection that uses the customer’s Rapid Ratings credentials. This integration requires a Portfolio ID, which is issued directly by Rapid Ratings as part of their service.
  • In simple terms, Resilinc acts as a platform to display and utilize the data, but the financial scores themselves are sourced from Rapid Ratings. Therefore, without a valid Rapid Ratings subscription and configured integration, FHR data will not be available in the dashboard.
  • To enable Financial Health Ratings in Resilinc:
    • Subscribe to Rapid Ratings separately
    • Obtain the required Portfolio ID and API access from Rapid Ratings
    • Work with Resilinc to configure and enable the integration
  • Once set up, the FHR scores will be automatically pulled into Resilinc and made available within the platform for analysis and monitoring.
