For RapidRatings third-party risk scores, how can customers identify which suppliers have a HealthMark score? Is this information available on the Resilinc portal?

Currently, Resilinc does not display RapidRatings HealthMark score information on the portal. This information is stored only in the backend.
If a customer wants to check whether a supplier has an FHR (Financial Health Rating) or HealthMark score, they can use one of the following options:
Contact the Resilinc Support Team
• Customers can reach out to the Resilinc team to check if a supplier has an FHR or HealthMark score.
• Email: customersupport@resilinc.ai
Check Directly with RapidRatings
• Customers can also verify the HealthMark or FHR score directly on the RapidRatings portal or by contacting the RapidRatings team.
