- Yes. RapidRatings scores are assigned at the normalized supplier level in Resilinc.
- If multiple unnormalized supplier names are mapped to the same normalized supplier, a score received for any one of those unnormalized suppliers can be applied to the normalized supplier and will be visible on the portal.
- Example:
- Unnormalized Supplier 1: ABC Limited
- Unnormalized Supplier 2: ABC India Pvt Ltd
- Both are normalized to: ABC
- If:
- The customer is using ABC Limited in their CDIF, and
- A RapidRatings score is available only for ABC India Pvt Ltd,
- the score will still be assigned to the normalized supplier ABC and will be reflected on the portal.
- Key Point:
- RapidRatings scores are assigned based on the normalized supplier name, not the specific unnormalized supplier name used in the CDIF.
- Therefore, even if the customer is not using the unnormalized supplier for which the score was received, the score will still be displayed as long as both unnormalized suppliers are mapped to the same normalized supplier.
