How does Resilinc assign RapidRatings scores when multiple suppliers are normalized into a single supplier name?

  • When multiple unnormalized supplier names are mapped to a single normalized supplier name, Resilinc follows a standard logic to determine which RapidRatings score should be assigned to the normalized supplier.

  • Score Assignment Logic:

          Scenario 1: Different Reporting Dates

  • If multiple supplier records normalized under the same supplier name have different reporting dates, the system selects the score from the supplier record with the most recent reporting date.

  • Example
  • Unnormalized Supplier 1: Acutec Precision Aerospace
  • Unnormalized Supplier 2: Acutec Precision Manufacturing
  • Normalized Supplier Name: ACUTEC PRECISION

Supplier

Reporting Date

FHR Score (Converted)

Acutec Precision Aerospace

10-Feb-26

50 (5.5)

Acutec Precision Manufacturing

10-Jan-26

48 (5.3)

  • Since 10 Feb 2026 is the latest reporting date, the system assigns the score 5.5 to the normalized supplier ACUTEC PRECISION.

    Scenario 2: Same Reporting Dates
  • If multiple unnormalized supplier names have the same reporting date, the system selects the supplier with the highest converted FHR score.
  • This is the standard logic followed by the system for RapidRatings score assignment when multiple subsidiaries are normalized under a single parent supplier name.
