Which address fields are mandatory in the CDIF “Site List” tab, and can any address-related fields be left blank during upload?

    Mandatory Address Fields

        The following fields in the Tab 6 – Site List section are mandatory and must be populated:

• Street Address 1
• City
• State/Province
• Country

    Optional Address Fields

        The following fields are optional and may be left blank if the information is unavailable:

• Street Address 2
• Postal/Zip Code

    Additional Guidance

• As a general guideline throughout the CDIF template:
  • Columns with a white background are mandatory fields.
  • Columns with a grey background are optional fields.
• Users should ensure all mandatory fields are populated before uploading the CDIF file to avoid validation or processing issues.
