- Suppliers cannot submit customized responses by replying directly to the WarRoom notification email. Instead, they must use the “Customize Your Response” option available within the notification email.
- However, suppliers do not need a full Resilinc portal username and password to complete this process.
How the Process Works
- When a supplier clicks the “Customize Your Response” button in the notification email, they are redirected to a verification page where they must verify their email address using a one-time verification code (OTP).
- Once verified, they can access the response submission page and provide customized updates.
Steps for Suppliers to Submit a Customized Response
- Open the WarRoom notification email.
- Click “Customize Your Response.”
- On the verification page, click “Generate Verification Code.”
- Enter the verification code sent to the registered email address.
- Click “Validate & Proceed.”
- Review the impacted sites listed in the event.
- Update the impact status for each site as required.
- Add custom comments or response details.
- Upload relevant attachments if needed.
- Click “Submit Responses” to complete the process.
Important Notes
- Suppliers are not required to create or maintain a separate Resilinc portal account for this workflow.
- The OTP verification step is mandatory for security purposes.
- Customized responses can only be submitted through the portal-based response flow and not via direct email replies.
