- When an EventWatch WarRoom is triggered, Impact Confirmation emails are sent to supplier contacts from Resilinc Notification (status@resilinc.com) with the subject line format:
- “WarRoom: [Event Title]”
- These emails include event details, affected sites, and response options such as:
- All Sites Not Impacted
- All Sites Impacted
- Customize Your Response
- Required Time (Assess)
- Suppliers can respond directly through these options, and the system tracks their responses accordingly.
- How to Track Responses
- The EventWatch Response KPI Dashboard provides visibility into supplier response activity, including:
- Which suppliers have responded
- Overall response trends and timelines
- However, there is an important limitation:
- Contact-level details (such as name and email) are only available for suppliers who have responded
- For non-responding or late-responding suppliers, contact-level details are not displayed in the dashboard
- Current Limitation
- At present, there is no single out-of-the-box report that combines:
- WarRoom details
- Supplier information
- Contact details
- Response timestamps (including non-responses)
into one consolidated view.
- Recommended Approach
- To track and follow up effectively:
- Use the EventWatch Response KPI Dashboard to identify:
- Suppliers who have not responded
- Suppliers who responded late
- Cross-check these suppliers within the platform to identify relevant contacts
- Reach out directly to those contacts for follow-up on impact confirmation
- Use the EventWatch Response KPI Dashboard to identify:
- Additional Notes
- Impact Confirmation email links are valid for 60 days (and remain active for 72 hours once clicked)
- If a supplier does not respond, automated reminders are sent every 24 hours for up to 4 days
