If I provide a negative Annual Spend value (for example, -100 or -2000) in CDIF ( Tab-2), will the system include those values when calculating the total spend for a supplier or part?

Negative Annual Spend values are not included in the total spend calculation for a supplier or part.
The system automatically excludes any records with negative Annual Spend values from the calculation.
During CDIF validation, a warning is displayed against those records:
- "Annual Spend should be up to 12 digit number (Column T)."
To ensure accurate spend calculations, please provide a valid positive Annual Spend value in Column T of CDIF Tab 2.
