How do I get to know which supplier responded to an event?

  • User can login to the Resilinc portal, navigate to WarRoom, open an event for which they want this information and look at the Partners grid. User can filter Partners Grid > Partner Responded column to Yes to get the list of suppliers responded to this event
  • Along with this, user can also receive information on the supplier responses via email. To view this, user needs to navigate to Settings gear icon at the top right > then Preferences & NotificationsPersonal tab > Configure my alerts to receive updates regarding Supplier Impact Confirmation. There are four options here:
    • Receive an alert when a supplier confirms a site has been impacted: if this is ON, then they get to know as soon as the supplier responds as Impacted to any of their site(s). User gets to know who from the supplier company responded to the event, what is the impact duration and if any additional comments added by them via email
    • Receive an alert when a supplier confirms a site has not been impacted: if this is ON, then they get to know as soon as the supplier responds as Not Impacted to an event
    • Receive an alert when a supplier responds as assessing: if this is ON, then they get an acknowledgement that the supplier is analyzing the impact of the event and should respond definitively with a “Impacted” or “Not Impacted” status once the analysis is complete. 
    • Fourth option here 'Receive a daily digest of all supplier response updates' allows the user to receive the daily summary of supplier responses. If any user doesn’t want to receive real time notifications of the supplier responses, then they can turn OFF the two settings mentioned above and turn ON Send me a daily summary of Partner Responses so that they receive the daily summary of supplier responses
