The WarRoom Summary page provides an aggregated view of disruption events and their impact across suppliers, sites, parts, and products. It enables users to quickly assess the scale of multiple events without diving into individual response details.
Navigation Path:

Summarized Metrics:
For each event, the WarRoom Summary page displays:
Metric | One-Line Description |
Supplier Count | Displays the total number of suppliers affected by the disruption event. |
Site Count | Indicates how many supplier sites are impacted by the event. |
Part Count | Shows the number of unique parts involved in the disruption. |
Product Count | Represents the total count of finished products potentially affected by the impacted parts or suppliers. |
These values are aggregated, offering a quantitative view of impact without detailing each impacted entity individually.
Event Metadata:
Metadata Field | One-Line Description |
Event ID / Name | Provides a unique identifier and descriptive name for each disruption event. |
Event Type | Categorizes the event based on the nature of disruption, such as Natural Disaster or Cyber Attack. |
Region / Country | Indicates the geographical location where the disruption has occurred. |
Impact Status | Shows the current impact classification of the event, such as Confirmed or No Impact. |
Event Start Date | Displays the date on which the disruption event was initiated or first reported. |
User Experience Focus:
- Enables rapid assessment of the scale of each disruption.
- Designed for users who need a roll-up summary rather than granular operational details.
Just like the Response Summary, this page also allows for dynamic filtering by:

Supplier | Filter events based on the suppliers involved in the disruption. |
Part Category | Narrow down disruptions by the type or category of affected parts. |
Country Sites | View only events impacting supplier sites located in selected countries. |
Event Status | Filter events based on their current lifecycle stage, such as New or Resolved. |
User Defined Attributes (UDA) | Apply custom filters using user-defined fields to personalize event tracking. |
Preference & Notification Configuration
By clicking "Configure WarRoom Preference", users are redirected to a settings page that allows them to:
- Set default filters (Supplier, Category, Country, Event Types)
- Manage event notification preferences
- Streamline their view according to team roles or regions
