Why does the "Supplier Not Responded" count on the WarRooms listing page differ from the "Pending Response" count in the Impact Summary on the WarRoom Details page?

The difference arises due to how the counts are calculated:

• The "Supplier Not Responded" count on the WarRooms listing page reflects the total number of potentially impacted suppliers who have not yet responded, irrespective of whether an impact confirmation has been requested.
• The "Pending Response" count in the Impact Summary on the WarRoom Details page only includes suppliers for whom an impact confirmation has been explicitly requested.
  • Example:
    In the WarRoom titled "Potential Port Strike to Cause Supply Chain Disruptions Across Eastern USA":
    • The WarRooms listing page shows 8 potentially impacted suppliers, 1 has responded, and 7 are marked as "Supplier Not Responded." This count does not filter based on whether impact confirmation has been requested.

    • However, the Impact Summary on the WarRoom Details page shows that total 8 suppliers are impacted however impact confirmation was requested for only 6 suppliers for several reasons. Out of these 6, 1 supplier has confirmed "No Impact," while the remaining 5 are marked as pending response.
