            Sorry! nothing found for

            The option to ‘Modify the Preferences & Notifications settings of specific end users’ is enabled for me, but the Save button is greyed out. Why?

            • To update colleague preferences and notifications, a user must first be selected using one of the following options:
              • Update Settings of Individual User, or
              • Update Multi-User Settings
            • The Save button will only become active once a user is selected. If no user is selected, the system does not allow changes to be saved.
