How can we make sure that our suppliers are being notified when their site(s) are in / around the impacted region?

  • From HomePage, click on the Company Settings (Gear icon) that appears at the bottom left corner. In the EventWatch settings, navigate to Supplier Impact Confirmations and further navigate to the section 'During disruptions, request confirmation of impact from your suppliers'
  • Here turn ON the setting ‘Tier 1 Suppliers with Supplier Provided Sites’ By selecting this, suppliers get notified for the tier 1 sites provided by them.
  • When this option is enabled, customer gets an ability to choose if they want to notify the suppliers for tier 2 partner provided sites, customer provided and Resilinc researched sites.
