If a customer stops receiving the weekly EventWatch newsletter, what steps should be taken to resume delivery?

  • The discontinuation of the EventWatch newsletter is typically due to the expiry of the subscription.

    To resume receiving the newsletter:
  • The customer needs to be re-subscribed to the EventWatch distribution list.
  • If the newsletter is no longer being received, a ticket should be raised with Tech Support.
  • Please contact customersupport@resilinc.ai to report the issue and request resubscription.
  • Once re-subscribed, the customer will start receiving the weekly EventWatch newsletter again.
