Can a customer change the event status from "Archived" to another status after it has been set to "Archived"?

  • Customers cannot change the event status from "Archived" to another status from the portal.  
  • They need to contact Resilinc Technical Support to change the status of archived events either through Customer Support Hub or by sending an email to customersupport@resilinc.ai or by using the live chat feature.
