Can we change the status of an event by ourselves?

  • Yes, customer can update the status of an event. The customer user with “Collaborate” access to the EWR will be able to update the status.
  • From the WarRooms tab of HomePage, user needs to click on the event for which he/she wants to update the status. Once the event is selected then they need to click on Open Details.


  • The user can change the status with the help of the dropdown option available.



  • As soon as the event is notified, it remains in NEW status.
    1. Assessing status can be set when customer are gathering the initial data on the impact of an event
    2. Mitigating means customer are putting a plan into place to mitigate
    3. Closed / Archived means customer can close or archive an event when all the activities related to this event are completed.
