- To enable standard login (username and password) for a few users in an SSO-enabled environment, they must be added through the ‘Manage Users’ section in the portal.
- While adding these users, a different email domain must be used.
- If the email domain used for a user already exists in the SSO configuration, the standard login process will not work for that user.
- After adding the user with a different email domain, the user will receive a registration email.
- Once the user completes the registration process, they can log in using the standard username and password method.
