If I change my colleagues' email address as a company admin with SSO implemented in Resilinc, does it automatically change the username of the user?

  • No, changing a user's email address by the company admin will not automatically alter the username associated with the account.
  • To update the username, the user or the company admin needs to contact the Resilinc Technical Support team directly.
  • Resilinc can then facilitate the username update from their end, enabling the user to log in through SSO with the updated credentials.
