Is it possible to resend the impact notification to a specific supplier user?

  • We do not have the capability to resend impact notifications to specific supplier users that have already been sent out.
  • As a solution, we can recommend that the supplier users access the mentioned event through the portal by following these steps: Go to the hamburger menu -> Manage Events -> Event Response Requests. Here, the users can find all the events.
  • Additionally, if a response is pending for the event, it will also be accessible on the supplier portal homepage under the “Events that Need a Response” section.
