If my supplier has provided multiple responses to an event, how can I see all those responses on the portal?

  • Customers can view all responses provided by suppliers to an event using the ‘View Response Timeline’ feature.
  • This feature ensures consistency and transparency by recording the initial notification sent and the first response dates without overwriting them with subsequent responses.
  • The timeline tracks all subsequent responses, helping users evaluate supplier reliability and efficiency.

 

Key Benefits:

Transparency: Provides a chronological view of all supplier notifications and responses.
Insights: Helps assess how promptly suppliers respond to notifications, offering clear insights into their efficiency.

 

How to Access the Timeline Feature:

 

> Route 1:

  • Go to Supplier Listing Page.
  • Navigate to the WarRoom Summary Tab.
  • Hover over the Notification Sent or Notification Responded columns.
  • Click on the Timeline Icon to view all responses for the event.

> Route 2:

 

  • Go to WarRoom Listing Page.
  • Navigate to the Response Summary Tab.
  • Hover over the Notification Sent and Notification Responded columns.
  • Click on the Timeline Icon to access the response timeline.

 

> Route 3:

 

  • Go to WarRoom Impact Detail Page.
  • Locate the Supplier Grid.
  • Hover over the Supplier Responded column.
  • Click on the Timeline Icon to view the responses.

 

> Route 4:

 

  • Go to Supplier Detail Page.
  • Navigate to the WarRooms Tab.
  • Hover over the Notification Sent and Notification Responded columns.
  • Click on the Timeline Icon to see the detailed response timeline.

 

Additional Feature:

 

Users can download the timeline data in Excel format by clicking the Download Icon in the pop-up window.
