What happens if a WarRoom update occurs after we've already updated the WarRoom status?

  • If a customer has updated the WarRoom status and there is a subsequent update to the event:
  • New Regions/Sites Added: If the update includes new regions or sites relevant to the customer, the status of the event will automatically change to "New."
  • Event Status: This status change indicates that the event now has additional details that require your attention.
