Can the severity of an event be changed?

Customers can update the severity of an event. The user with “Collaborate” access to the EventWarRoom product can change the severity.
From the WarRooms tab of HomePage, user needs to click on the event for which he/she wants to update the severity. Once the event is selected then they need to click on Open Details.

On the event detail page, user will find a dropdown option to update the severity of this particular event.

By default, Resilinc set severity would be present however customers can update it from the dropdown options available viz. Low, Medium, High and Severe as per the nature of impact.
