- Customers can update the severity of an event. The user with “Collaborate” access to the EventWarRoom product can change the severity.
- From the WarRooms tab of HomePage, user needs to click on the event for which he/she wants to update the severity. Once the event is selected then they need to click on Open Details.
- On the event detail page, user will find a dropdown option to update the severity of this particular event.
- By default, Resilinc set severity would be present however customers can update it from the dropdown options available viz. Low, Medium, High and Severe as per the nature of impact.
