My supplier has called/emailed me to notify my team that they are not impacted by an event. Can I update this response in the Resilinc's solution on my supplier's behalf?

  • Yes, customer user can update the supplier's response on their behalf
  • For this, customer user needs to have the Collaborate access for Event WarRoom license
  • On the WarRoom detail page, customer can update the supplier response either on Partners or Sites grid.
  • If the customer user updates the response on Partners grid as Confirmed Impact or Not Impacted, it gets applicable to all the following grids viz. Sites, Site Activities, Parts and Product
  • On site grid, if a supplier has just one site and the user updates the response to this site as Confirmed Impact or Not Impacted, it gets applicable to all other tabs such as Partners, Site Activities, Parts and Product
  • If the supplier has more than one sites in the impact region and the customer user updates the response just for one site as Not Impacted then the response gets updated just for that particular site in Site Activity, Parts and Products grid. The impact status for that supplier on Partners grid remains Potential because the impact status for their other sites is still Potential
  • However, if customer updates the impact status of a site as Confirmed Impact, then the supplier's impact status on Partner grid also becomes as Confirmed and the other grids like Site Activity, Parts and Product shows the Confirmed impact for that site alone. The remaining sites remain in Potential status
