How can I 1:1 interact with my supplier users within Resilinc tool?

To interact 1:1 with the suppliers, you have to click on Collaborate option from the left side bar menu and then select Partners from the further options.
On the next screen, click on the supplier partner you want to interact with.
Once you choose the supplier from the list, it will expand the list of users from the selected supplier company.
You can choose the user from the available list and start 1:1 interaction with him/her. No other user from this supplier company or from your team will be able to access the conversation. It will strictly be confidential between you and that user.
