Multi-tier Sourcing data is correctly provided through the CDIF. However, some sites are still missing on the Sites & Activities tab of the Part Details page. Why?

  • While the multi-tier sourcing data has been correctly provided through the CDIF, the Sites & Activities tab on the Part Details page displays only those sites where both the Activity and Recovery Time values are present.
  • To ensure a site appears on this tab, please verify that the Activity and Recovery Time fields are populated for the respective site in the Site List tab of the CDIF. Providing this information will enable complete and accurate site visibility in the customer portal.
