What are the difference between Delete & Load vs. Append data load type?

Delete and Load will delete all previously uploaded data in the system and overwrite it with the data in the new CDIF.
Any data which is not in the current CDIF will be removed from the system. Customers usually prefer to use this mode for updating the data into Resilinc.
On the other hand, "Append" data loading allows users to add new data to the existing dataset without overwriting or deleting any existing information in the Resilinc solution. It's a way to augment the existing data. In the past, "Append" data loading may have been limited to adding or updating data only for specific tabs like Suppliers and Sourcing. However, recent enhancements have expanded its functionality to support addition and updating across all tabs.
