Why is the supplier’s name missing for some customer part numbers on the Part Listing page?

  • The supplier names are missing for certain customer part numbers (CPNs) because the Partner Part Numbers (PPN) are not provided in the CDIF against those CPNs

 

  • Without the PPN, the supplier information doesn’t get populated on the portal for these CPNs.
