- Beginning from the EventWatch Response KPI Dashboard https://reports.resilinc.com/reporting/dashboard/eventwatch_response/
- Apply any date filters at the top of the page.
- Remember to click Apply Filters above the filter section and wait for the page to refresh.
- The Events count near the top of the page shows how many events occurred during the time period. The Partners Contacted count indicates how many total suppliers were contacted with Supplier Impact Confirmation requests across all these events. The Partners Responding count indicates from how many suppliers your company received responses from all the Supplier Impact Confirmation requests issued.
- (Keep in mind that some events may not have had Supplier Impact Confirmation requests issued.)
- A rough Response Rate can be estimated by simply dividing the Partners Responding count by the Partners Contacted count:
- Partners Responding / Partners Contacted = Supplier Response Rate
- To get more specific, the Partner Response Report table records, for each of your suppliers, how many events requested a response and how many events received a response (as well as the average time in hours to receive a response).
- Click the download button to export this report, and open the resultant CSV file in your spreadsheet application.
- Sum the Event Response Requested column to find out how many SICs were sent across all events in the time frame.
- Sum the Events Responded column to find out how many SICs were answered across the time period.
- A Response Rate to all SICs can be calculated by dividing the total Events Responded count by total Event Response Requested count:
- Sum of Events Responded / Sum the Event Response Requests = Response Rate of all issued SICs
- You can also divide each Supplier company’s Events Responded count / Event Response Requested count to get the Response Rate of that individual supplier.
