Why isn't the homepage automatically applying filters to display the watchlist, particularly when specific suppliers have already been designated for it?

The Supplier Watchlist on the homepage is designed to display the initial ten suppliers in ascending order, according to the supplier chosen by the user within their personal preferences and notification settings.
This arrangement isn't determined by the star marked in the watchlist column for each supplier.
Below screenshots can be referred for reference.

In instances where a user hasn't designated any suppliers within their personal settings, the default behavior will be to showcase the first ten suppliers from their respective company in ascending alphabetical order.
