What is the Supplier Watchlist and which criteria are used to display suppliers in the Supplier Watchlist section on the Home page?

  • Supplier Watchlist is a feature that allows users to monitor the risks and performance of designated suppliers. It provides a centralized view of suppliers along with their associated risk scores, enabling organizations to stay informed about potential risks and take proactive action.

Criteria for displaying suppliers on the Watchlist:

  • To display suppliers on the Watchlist, the user must select the suppliers in their EventWatch Personal Settings (refer to the screenshot below):
  • The system displays up to 10 selected suppliers in ascending order on the Watchlist.
  • If no suppliers are selected in the EventWatch Personal Settings, the system will display 10 suppliers in ascending order from the entire supplier list.
  • If fewer than 10 suppliers are selected, only those selected suppliers will appear, also in ascending order.
  • Example: If a user has selected only 3 suppliers in their preferences, then only those 3 suppliers will appear on the watchlist in ascending order.
