What file encoding and encryption tool should be used before uploading files?

All source files should be encoded in UTF-8 before encryption to ensure they can be properly decrypted and processed during CDIF generation.
The mapping file structure does not need to be modified even when the files are encrypted.
Customers may use their own internal encryption tools or scripts as long as they are compatible with the encryption key and standards shared by Resilinc.
If an internal tool is unavailable or compatibility issues arise, Resilinc can provide a Python-based encryption utility that has been successfully used in previous implementations.
