- For third‑party risk scores (such as RapidRatings, Dun & Bradstreet, or EcoVadis), it is mandatory to select THIRD_PARTY as the source in the Risk Settings page. This ensures that the system can correctly pull and display the scores provided by these external providers.
- If any other source is selected, the scores will not populate on the portal, and you will see blank values under that risk factor.
- Always ensure the source is set to THIRD_PARTY to display the scores correctly.
