- WarRooms are created based on event impact to site locations and supplier relationships, not on whether parts are mapped to an organization.
- When an event affects a location, all supplier sites in that area are included in the WarRoom, even if those supplier sites have no parts mapped.
- The notification setting “Notify us when sites are: Tier 1 and have no parts mapped” controls email notifications only.
- When this option is unchecked, email alerts are suppressed, but the WarRooms themselves remain visible on the WarRoom Orion page.
