Why does the assessment score show 10 for a supplier even when no answers are submitted?

  • In custom assessments, scores are generally calculated based on supplier responses.
  • However, if a supplier opens the assessment, navigates through sections, and exits without submitting any answers, the system still assigns a default score of 10.
  • This happens because the assessment is considered “attempted” once the supplier interacts with it, even if no responses are provided.
