- The CDIF template is a standard template maintained by Resilinc, and only Resilinc has the authority to make structural changes or add new values to it.
- Although users can unhide the ‘Values’ tab and technically add new entries using Excel functionality, these changes are not supported by the system. Any custom values added in this tab will:
- Not be saved in the Resilinc database
- Not be reflected in the portal UI
- Not be recognized during system processing

- If such values are used and the file is uploaded, the validation report will display a warning message such as:
“Please choose Supplier Type from the drop-down” - If new dropdown values are required (e.g., Supplier Type or Site Activity), the customer must provide a valid business use case. This will be reviewed with the Product Management (PM) team, and any updates will be implemented only from the Resilinc side via a formal enhancement process.
